that heat shield isn't going to do much cause the filter is still in the engine bay and sucking in the warm air. This would be a good start to a pipercross style intake though some hosing and rubber connectors and then it would be a CAI. I have seen the pics, it looks really nice but sorry you're just asking too much. You can get a gently used AEM intake for roughly the same and the AEM has the MAF sensor location and this one does not.

Lower your asking price and you'll sell this.
