my buddy had svt springs on a zx5 and i don't see why not the zx3. It is pretty much the same as a svt.

Try to get a "shipping key" from your ford dealer, from a parts guy or a service guy, keeps the whole unit locked and not bouncing when it ships..makes for happier people.
