Solberg has had without a doubt the worst year that I think anyone can have....and yet still finished in second. I hope Suby and Ford hand the french their ass next year though. Tired of seeing Loeb and Citroen win.

I'd need to rebuild the Focus to rally with it. Well, not really, but that would require a roll cage, an interior stripping, a new suspension, new wheels/tires, and a whole new plethera of goodies for the engine and underbody.

Man, talk about the most diverse leaderboard I've seen in over a year now. I was really hoping for Colin and Harri to battle there at the end.

I think Markko's having a worse year, but I get your point. It just comes with the business. I think Gronholm has probably had one of the crappiest careers once Peugeot pulled out the 307.

Gronholm was stuck with a new type car this year and will go through the same growing pains again next year with Ford's new Focus till they fix all the bugs in it. Even though it was only one rally the new Focus did look strong today.

Well, considering the French will not have a works team next season, I think that there is a very good chance that it will happen. Anyways, who's left for the next season? Ford, Mitsubishi and Subaru? Is that it?

hehe It must be getting late for me. I thought about that after I posted it but decided to leave it up anyways because they piss me off. So far it seems to be those three as well as Puegot and possibly Skoda but I highly doubt they will coming back...guess we will have to wait for an official word from thenm though.

This is the second year for the 307, and near the end of this season, it seemed like they finally worked out the majority of issues with the car. Too little, too late.

I'm really curious where all of the drivers will wind up come the next season. Might be a few broken hearts for some if they don't make it into decent cars/teams.

Citroen is not coming back until 2007 at the earliest. Pegeout is done, and so is Skoda.
