jeeez, i wish my focus had over 300whp. What are your quater mile times....id assume you are in the low 12s.

I haven't had it to the strip yet, and after experiencing the thrill of a road course track I will most likely NOT waste time going to the strip.

GaryK, I did practice good etiquete(sp?) at the track, as I knew I was going to get stomped in the curves... after all I did use the stock suspension and a the original Conti's that came on the car..... wore clear down into the wear lines in the tread.

Its still fun letting them pass you at the begining of a straight and catching them before they get to the halfway point....... of course I would start getting into the brakes since I do have a lack of track experience

I had several of the other drivers come up and want to know how I was catching them so quickly........ hopefully I'll be able to hang with them in the twisties after getting some more track time, better suspension, better tires.....

that must have been fun man. i wish i had the mods to perticapate in something like thaf and totaly suprise people with way faster cars

There was this jewish guy from NJ there with a ZX3... his only mods were a CAI and a Borla cat back and he did fine... granted he wasn't as fast as most of the other cars but he did a great job of holding his own
