Rear SVT sway bar on 2002 SE - HELP

I purchased the SVT suspension kit for my 2002 SE. The kit came with the rear sway bar. BUT my problem is the SE does not have rear sway bar mounts. There are no holes for the sway bar to mount up. I looked at other posts here on the forum concerning this. From what I can see some of the Focuses have a rear sway bar mounting bracket and some do not. My car does not have it.

Does anyone know of a secondary solution??? This does not look like a simple "drill a few holes" fix either. The Focus's that have the sway bar mount is actually an extra bracket welded on that makes the base. Mine does not have the bracket at all.

To top it off I do not have the link ends, bushings or mounting hardware so I will have to buy all of this on top of fabrication. So I have a nice SVT rear sway bar but it is kind of useless in it's current form.
