There's some pretty cool stuff in there.
I particulary like all the deceptive "play with your head" layouts.

I've just started to get involved with course design, since I'm now a Safety Steward.
I always come down and help setup, and provide input where needed.
Noone can run it, until I approve it.

Ya lost me on the .MSWMM comment.
I do know what a .WMV is though.
I'm going to upload my latest set to the computer using the "DV-AVI" setting,
and see if that's a little clearer.
Man, does that make some HUGE files though!

Finally! I figured out how to get the size reduced down to just 16 megs for the highlight reel. Just a few runs, but shows my improvement and the intrsuctor's wet and dry runs. Quite educational.

Trahma has opened up some servers for me, and I am going to be sending the whole thing tonight. Hopefully I will have something manageable together by tomorrow...

Here's a 3 meg quickie. My fastest clean Phase 1 run. Was .3 Sec faster than the instructors! (Although given a couple runs to learn the car and go all out instead of teaching, I'm sure they would have crushed me.)

File is in 3 pieces, and as long as you have a good high-speed connection it shouldn't take a massively long time to download. It's chock full of GREAT advice from the instructors and shows the racing lines from sopping wet all the way to bone-dry. If you ever wanted to know how a serious top driver would AutoX a Focus, then here it is! I hope that it is enjoyed...

OK,
Just got done downloading the first big file from webninja.
I can't seem to "scan" the video.
IOW, I can't move it to a different point. It'll only run from the start.
Then, it stopped about 20seconds into his slalom discussion. Nothing more.
Right when he talks about how early you can initiate....it died, and goes back to the start.

I'll try downloading it again, and see what happens.

His big thing was all about controlling wheelspin. He short shifted into 2nd about two seconds into the course and never went back. So although he was nearly never past 5K RPM, he still killed my time because he always had 100% traction on the entire course. I never could re-train my foot to push hard enough and early enough to make 2nd gear as effective, and did my best (faster than his by .3 sec) in 1st, but I am sure that he is right. If I could have retrained myself to do what he said it would have worked out even better. If nothing else, cruising for a dozen runs or so in 2nd sure did teach me how much wheelspin was affecting my runs...

If it ends up not working, I think we can figure soemthing out. I believe I saw some program yesterday where you could email very big, as in 250 meg, files. I could always break it up and send it that way...

I might also just create a new set of clips with all the instructor's advice and compress it down a bit. I found a good way to compres these with my movie making program, so we'll see. If the big big upload to webninja didn't work, I might compress it down some and try again. I discovered there is still pretty good resolution to a certain point, as long as you aren't doing a full-screen on a 19" monitor, which is what I was doing at home...

My computer at home is in a pile in the bedroom now, as I am painting the office, but I should still be able to do that this weekend.

Failing that, I could always just mail you the DVD!
