probably something along those lines. Probably kill my warranty if I cracked the transmission open to put one of these in.. so I think I'll just stick with getting a tune in the spring before the season starts back up.

torradan the sct xcal 2s that marcy motorsports as well as hypnotic sell will allow us atxers to recalibrate your shift points (via mph), your best bet is to try something like that. Personally i will be buying myself a tune this winter as well. (as soon as i start making money). So when i get it maybe i can figuare out what makes the best shift points. But thats another project by itself.

Taking O/D off really helps, so make sure to do that if you didn't already.

how about no chip because he doesn't have room for it, he has a duratec. chips don't work

From what i have heard (I may be wrong) if you install a vavle body in your automatic 2.3L Focus, you will chirp second gear. Also in a 2.3L auto you can go about 38-40 Miles per hour in first gear, cause I have already tried it...LOL
