By the way this will be my 2nd headgasket..... I'm hoping it's something I did with torquing and not something with the block because the head was cleaned and surfaced.

If your using the milti layer then you must TQ them 8-10 times , whoos HG are you using cometic ?

It's the OEM SVT headgasket. I did torque it multiple times I can't remember the exact amount for it was over a year ago and I wasn't thinking about the car in Afghanistan haha.
I'll just leave it to them because I'm running out of time before school starts and I need it I be reliable for my commute everyday.

I use oem Zetec. No issues. Sprayed with copper spray before as well.

Yeah I know..... This focus will be finished! I've basically decided whatever I need to do to get my 350whp I will do. It's something minor I just don't have time anymore or the garage space at my apartment...

It wasn't the power steering line. After removing the line and inspecting it there is not way the fluid could have came from there. It's actually coming from my oil dipstick tube. Seems like when under boost the oil comes out.

Any suggestions?

Only thing that would cause that would be

Engine not breathing at PCV or valve cover breather
Engine has to blow by at the rings / pistons
Boost being blown into the engine through the PCV hose still connected to intake

Hmm, maybe it's has something to do with my catch can, possibly a restriction on one of the hoses being bent or pinched. Guess I'll ditch it and Vern to atmosphere for both things.
