SVT Headunit WILL NOT come out!!!!!!!

Trying like hell to remove the head unit with the ford tools. Nothing. I've removed them before with these exact tools no problem. Any ideas? I hear them click into place, push towards the doors to remove and nothing. It doesn't even budge.

Push the tools into the holes on the headunit.

Grab the ends of the tools and pull them away from eachother (like you want to break a wishbone)

While pulling them away from eachother, pull out on the whole unit.

Should pop out without any problem.
