DRLs for Grill Lights?!

So I'm thinking about replacing my grill with a euro grill or a billet grill or something, anything but stock, and I was wondering if I could take some LED Daylight Running Lights and stick them somewhere around the grill(or anywhere really) and run the wires from the old grill lights to those so they can be used as blinkers and parking lights. I don't really care for DRLs, I just want to know if I can use those types of lights for this purpose. I'd appreciate any help, especially if anyone has ever tried anything like this.

I also have heard about the Fog Light Mod so lemme know if it's the same deal and everything.

Thank you!

your old grill lights were dual filament bulbs, so the LED wouldn't work in that sense.

you could just use the LED to blink. and not use the parking lights wire.

or you can rewire everything to the fog lights like I did, if you are good with wiring.

the fogs act as my DRLs, fog lights and turnsignals.

i dont think anyone else has done it the way I have yet.

I think I'll just go with the LEDs to blink, unless I decide to swap out the lights with something that has a built in orange blinker, in which case just parking lights or DRLs. Thanks for the help!
