Alright, it has been a while since I have been on here and been doing a lot of planning and have a few questions. My goals are to break into the 400's. Stock fuel system will not achieve this from what I have read. I am looking into BAP but that will only take me so far. Been doing a bunch of reading about a return system but cannot find what I'm looking for. Trying to find out what people have done on the duratec to reach the 400's. A lot on zetec and the svt's. Same fuel system from what I have read but nothing really definitive. I have looked into the phantom system from aeromotive and am wondering what other parts I would need to complete the system? Aside from fittings and lines of course. Any advice is appreciated. Just don't want to go through the trouble of building everything else and not doing the fuel right to support the mods.

I would add the BAP and watch the fuel psi and see how far you get and go from there

Sorry guys been slacking. Work and school are consuming my time right now. Been doing more side projects than on my own car. Finishing up a remote setup on an avalanche at the moment and have a vr6 I'm designing a kit for. Other than that the hy35 is rebuilt with new compressor wheel added. 2.5 head is fully torn down with vct delete coming soon. Hopefully starting in October I'll get some more pieces to the puzzle in. I plan on having everything finished around tax season. Unless I get a wild hair and decide to finish it before then. I've had to teach myself that you can't rush a build. Plus I'm still having fun with my setup I have on now. At 10 psi I'm loving it. Can only imagine what it will be like on some big boost. I'll keep everyone posted on any updates. I'll show some picks of the avalanche too if anyone is interested.

I got it from a member on here. Really lucked out. Not sure how much or if fswerks sells them separately. Next month I plan to put it on low boost while I build the engine. Had some bad luck recently. Had something fly out the back of a truck that ripped my charge piping out and some how my oil drain got crimped and blew the seals on my turbo. Had oil coming out of the compressor side. Redid all the piping and drain line. So it drives for now. Was wanting to do it all at once with the built motor but going to start the holset at 7 psi and see how my current tune handles it. I'm at 10 psi now so I should be ok.

Also looking at a few nissan Garrett t28 to replace the one I have on now cause I plan on selling my current setup when I switch everything over to the t3 setup. Have 3" downpipe, t2 tubular manifold, 55lb injectors. All the charge piping for that setup I might keep since I just replaced it. If I upgrade to 3" cold side I'll throw it in with it.
