Cold air intake trouble

I have a 2003 focus SE 2.0 Liter. I put on a cold air intake but it seems to be losing power and my check engine light comes on after 60mph (3rd gear) what can I do to fix this?

I tightened my hoses, cleaned my MAF sensor and reset my ecu. Now it runs great with no problems I can get up to 115mph easy then my governer kicks in. Does anyone know how to disable it or bypass it?
