rough idle on duratec 2.0 2011 focus

My idle is around 760 - 810 according to tachometer..
and it shakes the entire car...
just changed plugs at 80k, what else could it be, other then the shaking and pulsing idle it's fine..

Vibration is most likely attributed to the passenger motor mount. Very common issue on these vehicles.
