Has anyone tried the eBay mudguards? Do they fit pretty well?

Curious about this one as well. Dealer wants $48 per pair and no doubt $40 to install while the ebay ones are much cheaper. They claim to be OEM but they don't look it to me. Would be nice if someone has already bought them and has pictures. I'm not a gambling man or Id have bought them as cheap as they are.

Okay guys, I'm going to tell you a few things so you can learn from my mistakes.
Here's a previous post about all my chinese stuff. It also includes the plastic shields. I even put a link to the ones I bought:

Here's what I got:

Keyring Protector thing (I couldn't pick the color :/ ):

Chrome Exhaust Screw on:

The Forum's least favorite splash guards:

Stainless steel door sill scuff plate (Actually paid 24.99...):

And here is a giant album of all the pictures:

There's really no order to the album, sorry. The splash guards came with screws that didn't work, so I used some plastic rivet type things I found at autozone (I highly recommend autozone and your local Ace of hardware store for spare rivets). They just pushed in and attached the guards very simply. There's a pic of the rivets in the album. I shall wait and see how well the scuff plates stick. I rubbed everything down with alcohol before attaching them. The key ring just stuck into place. It didn't seem very tight, but I think it will hold just fine if you don't start pulling on it. I thought the chrome exhaust attachment was pretty neat. I seemed huge when I opened it, but I think it looks good after I put it into place.

Enjoy

Soooo, the guards come with 2 or 3 holes and screws with washers. In the front two, the screws are useless, you need extra rivets. Autozone or Ace hardware will have them. I put picture of them up in the above album. I got mine from autozone. Be sure to line up the plastic guards and see which holes will actually be used. You only need to remove 2 of the original rivets that came with your vehicle. Use the new plastic rivets you bought to attach them very easily. Now, for the rear, there is only one screw hole on the vehicle. If you're lucky, you'll remove the original screw your car came with and line up the screw that came with your guards. It was the biggest pain to get the screw lined up and then use an alan wrench to tighten it. It would seem like it was tightening, but then it would just pop out. Very annoying. I was able to get one tightened this way. The other one just wouldn't work. What I did to fix this was get a machined screw, two washers and a wing nut. I then tightened it into place and it was very simple. You just need lay on the ground and use some steady hands. I did this all in 0 degree weather, so I recommend doing it in warmer weather. Hopefully you guys learned something. I like how they look though. Maybe not the most protective guards, but I just wanted them for aesthetics. Good luck!
