What to do with the dealer and my 2012 Focus?

Hey guys, haven't been on in a while but I dunno what recourse I have left.

I have a 12 Focus Ti, its got 10k miles on it now (bought it on the lot having been there for 364 days) and I feel like Im being brushed off by the dealership.

I brought my focus in originally prob 4 months ago now for a airbag light on the car. It was there for almost 3 weeks, and in the process of repair (prob removing the seat) they gauged my door panel over the speaker part on the passenger side.

I immediately brought this to my service advisor, who is a very nice guy who said "well take care of it next time your in, funny enough it wasn't that they didn't repair it, its that it was repaired improperly.

It was in for I think an oil change and a TSB and for fogging in the gauge cluster, which is what got replaced. When it was in they replaced my door panel, WITH A USED CARS PANEL FROM THE LOT. I wouldn't have been any the smarter, HOWEVER, the door panel cloth material is a totally different texture and material. The Focus Ti must have softer less "ridged" if you want to call it that, than the SE or SEL the panel came from, because this one that's in the car is waffle texture and the rest are smooth.

So whilst having it in again because they broke my steering wheel column cover, while putting in the gauge cluster, I pointed it out, and they said well when we get another car in with that kind of panel we will swap them.

Ok sure fine Ill wait, im nice and its not an engine issue,

Well cut to 2 weeks ago, giving the car a good thorough cleaning after auto x, move the seat back and find out the center console is broken, where it meets the rear armrest piece by the floor.

So now Im kinda pissed, I don't live by that dealer (its 30 mins south) now (used to be 3 min away) and they broke 3 separate things on my car which now I have to go back AGAIN to have fixed. All because some moron cant take proper care of my damn cars re-assembly.

Also why should I wait for a used cars door panel, when mine was new and why are they ROBBING parts of a used lot car, to do a warantee parts replacement, especially if they are the ones who damaged it? Also Im not driving there lot randomly to check for a damn door panel, that's their job as the people who broke the crap in the first place to find one. At this point, who can I call or complain to, the dealers clearly doesn't give a crap and broke the car 2x after the initial issue. Whats my next step, do I go freak out in the middle of the show room? Do I ram my focus into the service area? What?

Don't go to that dealer anymore.

I'm sure Todd will see this soon and will certainly respond, but take this issue to the regional service manager. I should think new parts are in order for your car and that the dealership should be responsible for replacement parts if they break something. Ideally, take some pictures of the damage, write down everything you have here, and take to a regional rep. Then, armed with that information, go to another (hopefully better) dealer and explain the situation.

But like I said, your first step is to forget that dealer.

Hey iAmTitanium,

Don't ram your Focus into the service area; we'll get this figured out. Shoot me a PM with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, and preferred servicing dealership. As chemistkremer suggested, I'm going to bring this to the attention of your regional customer service manager.

When you're right, you're right! Thanks for the shout-out.

Naaaaah man. I bought from elder ford which is in the city, and isn't really convenient to me. I go to Brandon ford for the servicing since its closer to me.
