Most powerful Focus?

Wanting to know how much power we have been able to build out of the focus. My brother drives an MS3, which is almost an identical car to the duratec focus and I know in the MS3 world the record for most HP is a little over 700HP. Now that is in a 2.3 "MZR" which for those of you that don't know is basically a 2.3 duratec with a different head and direct injection and a few other cool features, more similar to the new i-VCT duratec.

Now i'm curious as to how much power we have been able to pump out of the 2.3 duratec, not the i-VCT duratec since that is still relatively new. What is the most HP focus? Anyone know?

Also I don't have too much info on the 700HP MS3 build but you can find a video on youtube by just searching 700HP MS3, I know he was pushing 38psi worth of boost though haha

They claimed 850, it has the mph to suggest that is about right, depending on race weight. 161 mph would be mid 8's with a rwd car, fwd got no traction. Not sure if dtec or zetec though.

reliable hp is more fun than a motor that makes insane power but needs more attention than a nitro burning funny car

sorry for the vagueness, but there was a car on these forums(not sure if the owner was a member) that I thought was pushing 900 hp. It was dark green, had black rims and I think it was twin turbo'ed.

Also there is this. lol
