turbo manifold

first off im going to fi my 2.0 zetec i have all the parts i need but the manifold:

i have a Garrett turbo off of a 9th gen tbird (going to rebuild it) and have no idea what manifold will work, or if i should just buy a different turbo.
im looking at topspeed and pumaspeeds manifolds
i have no idea if i should go external waist gate either so im sure thats a factor in picking from the 2.
i may or may not upgrade the turbo in the future, this is my daily driver and i dont want to get too crazy with it but i would like upwards of 300hp out of it.

here may be the details of the turbo:
60-trim Garrett T3 turbo with .60 a/r compressor and .63 a/r turbine housings

for some reason i just dont like cast or log manifolds
it seems like it would be more restrictive like having a small header vs the svt one

partially and because there is supposed to be better flow with tubular where log is supposed to be more restrictive than even your stock manifold (im thinking in terms of headers).
almost beginning to wonder if i could just use my stock manifold and just weld on a t3 falange
