Oil on Intercooler and IM

Does anybody know if this is normal? there is an oily substance all over my intercooler and Intake manifold. I've seen ones look like this before but it makes me think my pulley is leaking or a bearing went out?

Most likely from the PCV valve and entirely normal unless it was cleaned recently.

Like started , do you have the valve cover and PCV hook up to the intake and inlet hose , if you do then you need to take them out and move them

Also check your tune a lean tune or having knock will make more oil pass through the system
