lowered car. new unknown noises.

so..i just lowered my car this past sunday. just a spring swap with pro-kit springs. these springs are used, maybe less than 10K on them. i already got my alignment done and everything but there's this friggen noise that seems like its coming from the front driver side. its not a rattle or rubbing sound. and it doesnt sound like something's loose. i checked and everything seems to be in order. this sound comes up mostly when i turn the wheel alot to the left or when i'm backing up(both directions) its not a loud sound, its just not something i'd like to hear. is this normal? a friend of mine said that it might just be the springs settling in, but...they're used. can settling still happen? i'm clueless when it comes to this. also, this is a '04 zx3 with like 11500 miles on it. please dont tell me that i need new stuts/dampers already. what could the stupid sound be?

also, there's like a vibrating sound. kind of sounds like something is loose inside my car and is vibrating next to the door whenever i hit the littlest bump. i checked if anything is loose, but nothing. also, i tried pulling the door closed and the sound went away. what the heck is going on??? makes me feel that i shouldve left it stock
