Got me a 2014 ti sedan yesterday after much
Research Iam very impressed so far.
I tried searching for this topic already to
No avail so I will ask away!
Msrp roughly 26,550 paid 21000.
I live in the N.E. Area
Is that a good deal average or what?
Curious to know how other are making

Sounds like you did well!

Cars aren't moving well this COLD Winter, good time to buy.

10% rule gives you an idea when dealing, more off on a loaded car maybe a little less on the cheapest ones.

Looks like you got a bit more than that off, plus current "incentive" deal.

Yes you definitely got a great deal! I just purchased a brand new 14 5-door Titanium yesterday for ~22 (before taxes, etc) in Western MA after rebates and incentives. Ford has the rebate program through the end of March that knocks off 1-3k+ off of the MSRP. The cost for the car from the factory (Plan-D pricing) for our 25k MSRP Titanium would have only been ~900 dollars less. There's no way we have received such a good deal with out this rebate!
