Ceiling Console Rattling Ideas

Hey everyone, I have a problem with my ceiling console (sunglass holder all that stuff) vibrating and shaking around when ever I have my music loud and my bass hits. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of replacing the whole thing or if there was any aftermarket pieces I could switch it out with. Btw its a 2006 ZX3

Mine rattles too but I don't have the sunglass holder. My plan is to put a bead of silicone around the plate to make a tighter fit.

Or maybe you could use those small cupboard door pad things to stop the rattling.

That sounds like a pretty good idea, but I was thinking about replacing the whole thing just because I really don't use the sun glass holder anyway.
