Poly Bushings... where to buy? best ones?

Hey guys I'm doing a zx3 rally car build and full poly bushings.... I'm having a hard time finding a full set... Someone point the way! :)

I do have aftermarket engine mounts from VF engineering if that matters... Those are prothane I beleive

the Prothane is just suspension. does not call out any engine mounts so your fine there. the kit you linked to is just a generic picture and does not list what it has so no idea what is included in that kit.

Likely the largest factor will be the control arm bushings.... if you buy new sway bars they will come with poly mounts and links (or should). spring isolators not sure how much more those give you as the stock ones are already very thin.

Bump stops dont really need to be poly and likely better if stock so they absorb more?

I have to disagree with that and I wanna say you meant to say it the other way around? I've ripped through two Prothane inserts and even bent my exhaust because of it one time. One mount was brand new too. They have also slipped out before as well, I've had the Energy Suspension inserts last for years before failing and they never slip out due to the lip. Needless to say I ended up back with a ES one and its still going strong.

Now the major difference between the Prothane bushing kit and the Energy Suspension kit is the sleeves for the bushings if I remember right from when I was looking at them. The Prothane kit comes with the metal sleeves and the Energy Suspension one does not, you have to reuse your old bushing's sleeves. If I'm wrong please someone correct me.

Go with Energy Suspension for the motor mount inserts and go with Prothane for the bushing kit.

yep thanks for correcting me on the rear motor mount bushing.

I can confirm that the prothane kit does come with metal inserts the only inserts you have to reuse with the prothane kit is the Rear trailing arms everything else comes with New metal inserts
