felt wheel wells

I'm assuming that felt wheel wells aren't that bad seeing as i would rather all the water dirt and crud hit them instead of the metal.. i just dont like the look of them. are there any other wheel wells i could buy to put in instead?

Probably recycled materials.. And more recyclable than the plastic they used to use.
I have no problem with mine being felt like stuff. If it works why do I care what it is?
If it rots off in five years then I'll be annoyed.

I always thought it was kinda weird that the wheel wells were a felt like material. When I first got my svt I thought someone had jerry-riged the wheel wells because they were not plastic, lol.

Heck yea, they protect the bumper and sides of the fenders from chips and scratches. Now there is not a bunch of mud and dirt flung on there like there used to be after driving through puddles and in the rain. People driving behind me like not getting hit by rocks too, lol. Not to mention the flaps make the car look awsome!

Regular power washing keeps the look of those less obvious

I found your page for the mudflaps and now I really want to do it. Except I think I might try to drill it to my wheel well instead.

I live at the end of a gravel road and can't keep my side clean to save my life, and I am about to paint my car again and would like to keep from any chipping possible.

Cherish it, Felt fender liners are usually reserved for high end vehicles.
