I am buying Tom's tune tonight or tomorrow. I'm not expecting some bogus 200+ hp increase. that comes with time, patience, and money. I'm expecting driv-a-freakin-bility. Then as i add more mods (i have tune and exhaust right now) I will feel the power. I expect a little power though.

Calm down. If it was you I would never speak even remotely positive of you.

Edit: In fact, Tom is a good example of what I'm talking about in the general sense. There are people that have negative reviews of his tune. That doesn't mean that he's a bad tuner, it just means that there are people that either had a bad experience or unrealistic expectations.

That's not an issue, that's by design to keep those who don't know how to modulate the throttle to launch without bucking and stalling.

Foot on clutch, off brake, high idle. All else low idle. Try it. It'll happen every time. And if you push in the clutch and go on and off the brake, it will modulate to the "desired" idle level within about 5 seconds.

No it has always done this. Aric was going to look into deleting it. I hate it. I am used to driving a good old manual. I don't need help from the ecu. =)
