Rear Seals 2.0 Duratec - OEM?

I'm going to pull my 2.0 Duratec out of my 07 Focus Wagon next week for a new clutch and front crank seal. I'm going with a Felpro for the front but I'm wondering about the rear - should I spring for the OEM one? Looks like there have been a few issues with aftermarket.

Any input appreciated.

Personally I view Felpro as OEM equivalent. If people are removing the rear seal holder to change the seal then that alone can fail seal when it is not re-centered and then one side of seal barely touches to leak easily. I do not remove the holder, simply pull old seal and stick new one in, you can do it by hand alone, they simply push in.

Do you have a part number for the Felpro rear main seal by any chance? All the ones I have found have the complete RMS assembly

Bought a Ford one..comes with installation tool. Pretty cool.

Looks like seal itself is not available for 07. Have to buy it with holder.

My bad, I did not realize the later engine seals were made as one piece now. They do a lot of that now, trying to condense more and more parts to do multiple things and get more for a single part sale.

Thanks for pointing that out.............
