2014 SE wheels on 2014 Titanium

Hey guys! Sorry for such a noob question, but I am totally new to the Ford scene, have a background in older BMW's and VW's. Anyway, my questions is this. My wife and I just picked up a 2014 Focus Titanium with 18's and summer tires. The car rocks! Totally in love with it. I just bought a set of SE 16' stock double spokes wheels for use in the winter months. Will these bolt straight on? Do I need any additional hardware? Different lugs? Hub rings? or am I good to go? Thanks!!

You could have a TPMS warning light IF the 16' doesn't have an OEM TPMS

The wheels don't have the TPMS sensors, but I bought some OEM sensors off of ebay and will attempt to put them in myself. It looks like I should be able to. Hopefully they work

Have you done it? Any tips? From what I can tell it looks like the oem tpms sensors I bought will screw right into the bottom of the valve stems that are already on the wheels?
