Block heater install on SVT

Anyone added the block heater to their SVT? Can one do it from underneath or is the access too difficult? I'm buying a SVT EAP that has had the engine replaced and there is no block heater. I've used the heater in my current SVT EAP a lot up here in upstate NY and I would really like to add it if its not too hard.

if it doesn't have one then there is just a little freeze plug in there you need to get a freeze plug removal tool since the engine is in the car if it isn't drill a hole in it and use a pair of needle nose pliers to get it out and take your block heater which has a little bolt in to for the wingnut on the back just loosen it pop it out but its a little trucky to get it in and out but it can be done pretty easily

Thanks jwgstang. Is the freeze plug in a location that I can get at without removing the engine? I can't see it from the top and won't have a chance to get the car up on ramps until this weekend.
