I have a 220 Mechman (which is awesome!), and I have a single 1/0 welding wire fom front to back. Big 4 done with all 1/0, and with voltage drop I squeeze 600-1440W depending on which subs and which amp I am using, (I have a few combinations), and of course, it also depends on what frequency you measure at, due to rise.

Freq change creates a difference in amperage because at different freq the power draw and output is different. Rise shouldn't even come to mind unless your going to nationals IMO.

Did a 150.2 with my solo xs the other day at ground pounders! Same power range (~1400W) @ 48Hz.
