Lol thank you! Yeah it is quite violent! I haven't started buying batteries yet, (I am trying to get all the gains I can BEFORE I start adding power), so this rig does a 147 with about 12-1400W total power. I have a Stetsom 7k that'll push it well into the 150s once I start adding batteries to it. (It takes 6 batteries directly a the amp for it to make rated)

Funny, I did a 147.1 at Spring Break Nationals this year with one little dinky Soundstream D-Tower 3400, dropping to 9.6V. I have only 1 run of 1/0 welding wire running from the front, so my voltage drops hard once it's cranked way up, though I do blast it almost at full output constantly with no issues, thanks to my mechman 220. I'll post a pic of the little amp on the rig, hopefully mods won't be ircked bout it. Sorry mods for getting off topic a little! Just answering a reply!

This is the stetsom 7k. It is considerably more efficient than my D-tower. To stay on topic with the OP, I keep all my paneling in place and just gorilla tape to the panel where needed. I can get the back seats swapped to the false floor in minutes, and still will have room for multiple batteries. Look how much room you have after a monstrosity like this, you could do nitrous, air ride, what ever thing you're into. We got a good deal o room if you're crafty!

This is my daily rig, which funny enough, ALSO does a 147, just at a higher frequency and less wind. I recommend sumpm like this if you want hella-bass and very little weight. This box loaded with the cheapo pioneer dual vcs only weighs about 25 lbs. since it's made with BIRCH. Mdf would be much much heavier. Plus birch is much better all around. It resists the infamous water puddle that forms on the driver side trunk area, where heavy mdf would just crumble apart, and it is much more rigid and easy to cut/ build with. This is a good way to go to have LOTS of bass and hardly any weight at all! ;)
