Buying used programmers.

Guy is selling a used hypertech programmer for 175$ it would be the first mod but I am going to get a intake and exhaust than intake manifold would that one be fine or should I just save up and get a fswerks tuner?

Edit. I also found a used sct x3 for 100 bucks shipped. But it's locked anyone know what it would cost to get unlocked plus a 91 octane tune from fswerks?

Buying used tuners is a headache you don't want. That's why this site has rules not allowing the sale of used tuners

$150 for it to be unlocked and probably another $250 for a tune. ust buy a tuner from fswerks and have then remotely tune your car.

Its 150 to have a xcal unlocked and 150.00 for a full custom tune

Your better off getting a new xcal3 from me that comes with a full custom tune , free tune updates and datalogging services

Tom
