No but it you loose any drivability the car has learned. Let it sit at idle for a few mins then take it for a good drive afterward so it can relearn how you drive.

Is there any of the screw stick up from the intake manifold? If so, just throw a set of visegrips on the broken screw and screw it loose out of there. IIRC there is no metal insert in the intake for the screws to screw into so its not going to see much resistance., How in the hell did you do this?
