Trying to install a Kenwood DDX419 Double DIN unit. The local install place says they do not show a wiring harness adapter for an SVT/audiophile unit. I told him I had read online that it is possilbe that I would come here to look for advice. Can you guys assist. It has the factory sub.

Well there is no audiophile adapter. You will still need the ford adapter for the regular radio connections and all your door speakers. However you will lose your steering wheel controls with out the proper adapters and you basically need to run new wires for the subwoofer or adapt them from the harness.

This thread will help, but it pretty much breaks down into identifying your harness wires and then wiring them up like you would any other car audio amp. The part that sucks is breaking out your DVOM and figuring out which is what.
