Radio help?!

I have the stock Blaupunkt radio (the "fanciest" version with the bigger screen) and it will not work after I removed it to do some work on the bezel. It's connected properly. Does anyone know why this is / how to make it work? I know it's not a fuse. I read something or another about a security code for the anti theft system but I'm not really sure what that is or how to make it work. Any help would be appreciated because I'm getting pretty frustrated haha. Also: sorry for the early post, my thumbs are still getting used to this iOS 7 keyboard.

Update: my friend just held the six inner buttons at once and that made the radio start playing (FM, the channel it was previously on) but it can't be controlled by any of the buttons and the display doesn't cut on. Whattttt????

Another update: it will accept and play a CD but it won't eject it, the play can't be controlled by the buttons, and the display doesn't work. This is some weird ghost stuff.

Do yourself a favor and replace it. Chances are it is dead. My sister went through (4) blaupunkt radios in her car all of which were covered under warranty at the time.
