[QUOTE=lacole725;4693683]Meh, not worried about it being loud. Loud around here is straight pipe pick-up trucks (I was once in that crowd) and some of the ricers. Thanks for the tips though.
So does that mean your an X ricer?
Hey no problem. ^^^^ Those trucks your talking 'bout are probably diesels, huh????? The cummins 6 cylinders. My 6 Liter isn't to loud, it has a different tone being a 4 valve motor vs a 2 valve motor. RU faster then a redneck? LOL

Diesels now, used to be gas 8 cylinders when I was in high school. Everyone has either a Douchemax or a Powerstroke, a few Cummins guys here and there. I had an '89 Dodge Ram W100 with the 318, had Hooker long tube headers and straight pipes on it. Then moved to an '04 Ford F150 5.4L, then to my Focus. I chose the Focus because of the fuel economy and the good size aftermarket. I do really want a Power Stroke, though.

Is it worth doing the magnaflow catalytic converter and header, or to just piece everything out one at a time? Also, to get the best bang out of the $ what is a recommended exhaust system besides the obvious magnaflow? Not a fan of their prices but a huge fan of their work.

I have an 08 SES and it's shift points are much better than my 07 SES. Can the 07 be flashed as an 08 ?

You'll need to hit up the tune section of this forum for those answers.

For your exhaust system, I'd do it all at once. Whats the emmisions in your state, as far as running a header & converter after the flex? I don't beleive you can run a header in California. If I was to replace my exhaust system, I'd get the Fwerk's stealth system.
