did mine last week. looks cool but not as secure as i want it because of the lack of something sturdy to put into the shaft. ill post pics when i get a chance

I once had a '97 Mazda Protege with the an A/T. I did something similar with it... But I had somehow made it to where I don't have to press down to move the selector. I know it sounds unsafe... But I really liked it that way. Is there a way to do this with the Focus???
