A header will replace the mani-cat, but not the second cat that's just past the flex pipe.

Finding a stock 2.3 header will be tough, not as common as the regular 2.0. After market performance ones are easier to come by but much louder.

Also living in Akron/summit county means echeck. Not sure you can pass with a performance header...
