Nexus 7 In-Dash Install

Another weekend mod

I purchased this:
Nexus 7 3g (tmobile)
http://www.amazon.com/Asus-Nexus-1B3...rds=nexus+7+3g

To fit into this (with a bit of modification):
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...FQoFnQodeAY85Q

And it came out like this:

The backside view shows the parts from the Nexus dock I mutilated
to pull out the charging pins. Drop in the Nexus, And it charges.
I have both my note 2 phone and nexus paired with the sync radio.
if I want to listen to my music from the nexus, I just tell sync "Bluetooth audio".
I usually listen to XM or USB audio. The Nexus is primarily for my calendar
events for work (service call schedule) and google maps.

The Nexus is also in one of these to protect it:
http://www.amazon.com/Poetic-Slimlin...nexus+7+poetic

Just flip the cover behind and drop it in

Ohh, And here is the ROM I run on the nexus:

I have the SE package with non-touch sync. It has sirius, usb, and line in.
Once its connected with bluetooth, the steering wheel buttons control
Track and play\pause functions. I just have the poweramp app installed
On my nexus to give me quick access to my music. It works very well :-)

Honestly I would have rather a Nexus 7 over the sync in my titanium... It's so slow and most of the sirus stuff don't work in Canada. Gas prices weather ect anyway.
