I simply use a touchless car wash. Sometimes I hand wash but rarely.

Its the process after that is important to me.

I work at a carwash (soft cloth), so that's what I do. Use a wheel cleaning mix that is sprayed on, which I then brush off. Scrub the nose, windows, lower panels and wheels and then send it through. Chamois to dry it off.

Does everyone use the, "one and done" approach for their microfiber towels after drying? They get pretty dirty after doing the door jams, trunk, and engine bay so I usually end up tossing (2) after every car wash. The ex thought I was crazy.

Touchless car wash year round and then hand dried. In the winter I try to get it done once a week if possible. I pay a flat rate of $12.99 a month no matter how many times I go.
