2005 Focus ST Catylitic convertor change

I own a 2005 Ford Focus ST 2.3L and my cat that is part of the exhaust manifold needs to be replaced. I got three tests done by different shops to make sure that was it. I would like some opinions on a cheap way to have this replaced as I will be due for an emissions test in Feb. The cheapest place I found that ships to Canada is Rockauto and it's $550+shipping. Someone had told me there is universal cats you can get and a shop can just weld it on. I'm an not a mechanical person so if anyone can tell me what to buy and what to tell my local shop to do, that would be great.

I have a K&N CAI and 2.5" Borla exhaust so I would like to keep something with decent flow as well, not less then the factory one I have on there anyways. I have 190,000 km on my car now so I don't want to spend a whole lot.

Looks like I need to buy entire manifold. Will call auto wreckers. Is the exhaust manifold the same with 2005-2007 focus St 2.3L?
