Lightbulb Ford Racing Catback...Thoughts?

I'm really thinking about installing this for my 2013 hatch: http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...KeyField=12976

I have three questions:

1. General thoughts on quality and sound?

2. Since it's a Ford Racing product, will it void my warranty if it breaks?

3. If I take it to my Ford dealer to have it installed, will that keep my warranty safe since they were the ones who were "responsible" for the product's installment?

Thanks for the help!

Warranty will still be good of-course there will be some dealers that will try to get your money but will be no problem with installing dealer. I read some where it is a Borla muffler a you tube search should come up with some sound clips I think it sounds good.

I've seen the Borla cat, as well, and it's about $700...I wish I could afford that

Moved to DURATEC Ti-VCT Performance (2012-2013).

1. In my opinion, it's probably one of the best sounding exhausts available.

2. You'll want to discuss it with your dealer. Generally speaking, exhausts don't break.

3. Again, only your dealership can answer this. Anything we say would be speculation.

As stated, the FRPP exhaust is essentially a re-branded Borla. I would get a quote from VillageAndy in the Village Ford section as they are usually cheaper. Strictly in my opinion, this is probably one of the top-3 exhausts currently available, along with the actual Borla and the Magnaflow.

I've seen it at $618 on Amazon. They were carrying them at Autoanything and you could pit the two against each other, but at the time I needed one neither were going to be able to get it to me in time. Last time I checked the FRPP exhaust was <$600, so it's definitely worth checking out for the quality of the components.

I'm going with the former and agree with dyn085. The hatch is definitely sexier.

The sedan has the ass of a fusion and the front of a focus. What more can you ask for? The ass on a hatch looks like a minivan rofl
