Oil Pressure on SVTs

Im interested in buying a 2004 ford focus svt. Ive tested a 2 and 4 door and noticed the oil pressure gauge moves about. It'll start in the middle when idling. Then when stepping on the gas and getting on it, the pressure moves up more towards the top. Is this normal for the Svts? Both cars did the same thing. Or is this a common problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

mine never sees the top but it fluctuates as I get on it. now that I think about it maybe it does see the top, because if im on it im paying attention to the rpms and the road not my oil pressure.

Moved to the SVT general section from the performance section.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

Yeah I'd say that's normal, my SVTF was the same way. The oil pressure goes up when the RPMs go up.
