Probably been asked before...

I got a set of SVT 5 spokes that need new tires. Current tires on them are 215/45R/17. Will that same size fit on my 09 with out any issues whatsoever?

Yes. The 215/45/17 is the stock tire size for the 2009 SES. The 17" SES wheels are the exact same specification as the SVT wheels, 17x7/4x108/49mm offset. :) It's all good.
