Replacing/ removing quater glass

Heys guys, I have an 01 focus zx3 hatchback. Recently I had to break my passenger side rear quarter glass to get into my car. Sad I know :( its an adhesive holding the glass in place i believe as there is no trim or grove that the glass fits into I can't seem to find any information on how to remove what's left or replace it. I'd like to do it myself because I pride myself on fixing little things on my car her and there, as well as learning new things, please anyone that has done this before or knows how to remove it, any information would be greatly appreciated. Winters on its way already here in Manitoba and I need to figure this out fast.
Thanks focus freaks

Regards,
One embarrassed fanatik

For future referance fixed glass part cost is usually double and sometimes triple that of none fixed glass. For instance, on a ford ranger the its about 500 dollars cheaper to break out the rear sliding wndow than to break out the tiny fixed glass on a club cab.

Any how. Call around to body shops they should have the correct info you need. You may not be able to find the stuff you want in a store or if it is in store. It may be a cheaper, generic version of it. You will probably have to special order it online.

Same with the window, it may not be in production any more. Meaning out of stock at the dealership. The body should be able to get one inafter market. Or also check out a custom glass shop like Gates Brothers glass if you have one in your area. They are the best.
