genuine ford focus SVT spec sheet needed

like the titles says. was in an accident. at fault's insurance are fools, and although ive sent them many links to unofficial specs of the car, they still will not add leather seats and side airbags because they're the at faults insurance co and want to give me as little as possible. side airbags and leather seats adds about $350 to the value of the car. someone please help. tia

You should go through your insurance, they will make sure that the other insurance pays everything and that the car is fixed properly.

Agreed, If you are having trouble with them go through your own and they will go after the other company.

thank you for the replies, but the car is a total loss, and my insurance was only liability. doesn't that matter?
