Procharger questions (not your typical ones)

I have the 03 zx3 with the mods in the signature. About a year ago I bought the SVT procharger setup with 8 and 10psi pulleys (for the SVT). We just got the procharger working right after a few hiccups (piping) and now she's making boost. I already have Tom's base tune with 50lb injectors, AEM UEGO, and boost gauge. My questions are:

1) How much boost do you zx3 owners make at ~3500 rpms with the stock crank pulley and 10lb blower pulley?

2) Do any of you with the stock bottom end use the CFM OD pulley or a smaller blower pulley (like the 2.55)?

3) If so, which one and how much boost do you make at around 3500 rpms?

The reason I'm asking is because at around 3500 rpms the boost gauge showed 5psi while using the OD crank and 2.55 blower pulleys. At ~3800 it was showing around 6psi. At that rate, I'm afraid I will be making too much boost for my stock bottom end once I get up in revs, not to mention having enough fuel with the stock pump and no BAP. I don't mind going with the stock crank pulley along with the 2.95 blower pulley, but I definitely don't have the funds right now for a rebuild.

What do you guys think? Recommendations? Thanks!

Not sure if its the exact same, but my jrsc bbk on my svt, makes those same psi near same RPM and hits around 11 by redline.

How much boost is that setup supposed to make?

I would keep tuning , see where the boost goes and we are watching the fuel psi for any dropping , if we get to 14-16 psi then I would start to worry , its the TQ that the engine is making that damages it and the SC doesnt make a lot of TQ

Tom - I was hoping to talk to you about the fuel aspect after I get the new cable. From our call the other day, I figured out that the 9pin din cable was bad on the SCT side so I had to get another cable ordered. Then I can get the drive around, 3rd gear pull, and idle datalogs to you. I'm going to the shop later this week to get the nitrous bottle filled, too. I really hope we have enough fuel for all this but...baby steps.

Yet being the operative word! ;)

The cable should be here tomorrow. As soon as I get it I'll get those logs over to you.
