major oil leak

I have a 2000 ford focus with a zetec engine... all week i was smelling burning and a few days ago smoke ...i thought my caliper had siezed but we checked that and everything looked fine thought it was just oil burning off that we spilt during my last oil change....droe my car today smoked again so i popped the hood could see fresh oild everywhere in the center bottom and right side of the engine when i looked underneath it was dripping oit and the whole middle and right side of what i think id the engine mount or whatever is at the very bottom is soaked in oil i checked my oil level and it is basically at the lowest add more level?? any ideas of what could be going on... or why my oil light never came on or my engine light im worried i have hurt the engine

Oil light works off of oil pressure, not oil level, so it would not come on for just being low. If your light did not come on, then you probably did not hurt the engine. Especially if there was some on the dipstick.
Now I see you just changed oil or had oil changed? Just look to make sure the oil fill cap was put back on first. That will spew oil everywhere if not put back on.

recent oil change possibility:

The big O-ring that seals the oil filter, sometimes they stick to the motor when the old filter is removed and if the tech doesn't notice and screws the new filter on top of the old O-ring (double stacked), it usually squirts out oil under pressure and makes a mess.

Yeah, buddy, that one burned up plenty of Honda cars when some idiot reformulated the o-ring rubber to stick like glue. The cars were actually catching on fire.
