Is a tune going to do anything???

Hey guys I was thinking of getting a tune but i want to know if it is even worth the 379.99 that it costs...

I have the ATX and a magnaflow exhaust along with a steeda SRI.

Will the tune add any power especially if i use the 93 octane tune???? I would think with the extra timing would make a little more power...

Yes! A big ole YES! It will add some power but mainly the driveability will be much much better. Plus being that you have an atx which will also be getting tuned as well will make it shift and act so much better. Depending on who you go with you can always updates to your tune as you add more mods.

My experience with my tune was a huge improvement over how it was running before. It has soo much more low end grunt it feels like a v6, of course I had almost every bolt on when I got my tune. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

Sweet one question does the tune automatically tune the trans or do I have to get the agressive shift option.?? I really don't floor it... most of the time...lol

It's up to your tuner and you can also change the setting yourself for shift firmness. It should be normal and only firm when you floor it depending on how aggressive you put it.

For an auto trans the tune will increase pressure for firmer, quicker shifts. It will be that way all the time not just when you floor it. It will be more noticeable when under full acceleration though.
