No. 18x8 et42 is NOT flush up front. You'd need an et33 to be flush up front with an 8" wide wheel.

Duane can weigh in on the 18x9 et 40. I think that would put you outside of the wheel well.

ST side skirts will fit a sedan... I don't see why any Hatch side skirts wouldn't
