Does anyone that already have the tune test this:

1. (Before) using 93 fuel, no tune

2. (After) Using 87 fuel, w/ tune

Any difference on those two?

I haven't ran 93 because there is none here. I did however run 91 E0 exclusively since I bought the car: 18xxx miles.

With the tune I am now running 87 E0: 1xxx miles.

I would say they are very similar in every respect. Except that 87 is $.40 cheaper! Anyway, Aron and his crew have done some impressive things. I'm happy even having changed to the 87.

Nice to hear that! I'm running 87 before when I first bought my car then changed to 93 this year and I can feel the difference. I just thought that with the tuner, I can go back to 87 with the same performance/feeling the car runs with 93 plus as you said it is more cheap.

I only used 91 E0 for past little while on stock tune (data is on my personal computer which is not nearby. Approx. last 12 refuels have been 91 E0). I posted in the "premium fuel" thread that I switched back to 87 E10 after getting this tune and emptying my tank of 91 E0 this past Saturday (which I drove on for about 300km+ while using the 87 tune).

I just finished my "first" tank of 87 and I've noticed similar, if not better, results. Throttle response is better than ever. I even noticed less shuddering switching (DCT equipped) between 1st and 2nd while in parking lots traveling at 15kmph max. This car seems to be better overall.

I am about to fill up on 87 again (and will continue to do so) until the 91 tune comes out.

@Injected - Do you guys have a custom intake in the works? And also, could you edit the first post, if you have the time, with your dynos? I'm sure plenty of users, myself included, would love to see them compiled on the front page (even though I have the pages marked). Unless I'm a noob and there is a link somewhere in the thread that I missed.

Bravo Injected Engineering, bravo. My notes on the tune and thermostat. Ford's placement of the thermostat is a scratched knuckle event but its replacement from Injected is needed if you live near heat. My coolant temps went from a range of 205-221 to a fantastic badassness of 180-188. On the initial run ambient temps were 95+. The fan is running to achieve the coolant temps, but its amazing how in traffic the car behaves so much better even when in the thick of it. Ford would have won champion of the Universe if the car came stock in the form that Injected has created. Bravo.
