SRI other than Steeda?

I've done a fair amount of searches on this and when looking for a short ram intake style like Steeda's, I don't see any other manufacturers who make a similar design. Does anyone else make a short ram? I can't even find a knock-off SRI on ebay.

short answer. no. I would also caution you against trying to go cheap on this part. The SRI houses the MAF. If you screw up the laminar airflow you start having all kinds of weird issues. You want smooth air over/around the MAF. It is very (very) easy to screw it up (from school of hard knocks). The Steeda SRI is smooth as glass (as measured at the MAF).
Here is an example. My SRI is in a sealed box. The air is delivered underneath the filter. Where the air enters, I have a deflector intended to cause the air to flow around the filter vs. blowing in it directly. Initially, I made the deflector to large. This caused air flow over the MAF to look like a series of spikes. Not the smooth line you would expect.

There's some cheap aftermarket SRI on my car that was on there when I bought it. The filter says "spectre" on it. I'd trade it for the stock duratec airbox.

What's the reason for the question? I have a Steeda in my '07 and I love it.
